• This laptop will only allow you to download apps from the Microsoft Store. It cannot handle Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Photoshop requires a computer with at least an Intel i5 processor or better with 8 gigabytes of RAM or better. And if you can get a computer with a discrete graphics that will also help.
