- Answer Mine show 12 GB available. You can add a SD card to the slot and increase your storage. The unit also comes with 1 TB of One Drive storage. Plenty of places to store your files.

- Answer This unit comes with a full version of Windows 8.1 64 Bit. You can access any WiFi signal as long as it is open or you know the password. It also has Bluetooth built in too.

QuestionI'm going to college next year and wanted to know if this is a good laptop?Everyone says to get an Apple Laptop but I just can't afford that. This is more within my price range. I currently have an HP Laptop but its too big and not easy to move around. Thanks.

- Answer If you aren't worried about gamming on the laptop, this would be a great College laptop. The keyboard is confortable to type on, the screen is clear. Battery life should get you through a normal College day as long as you don't stream to much video or play games on it during the day.

- Answer The keys are the same size as my desk computer, however the layout is slightly different and it does not have the number pad on the right side.

- Answer No touch screen on this model. The touch pad is very good and gives you a lot of the gestures that work in Windows 8.1.

QuestionDoes this have a network/ethernet port.According to the specifications on Best Buy's website it only has wifi, however, according to the specifications on HPs website there is a jack for ethernet / network cable ? Which is the truth, does it have it or not ? According to this image from product page it looks like it but it may be incorrect pic or misleading

- Answer I have an SD card in my Stream and save files there all the time. If a file gets downloaded into the Downloaded Files folder, I just move them to the card.

- Answer Technically, yes, this laptop can run it. However if it's possible a Clean install of this OS would be recommended if you are able to acquire it by all means. I would wait and see what the full flavor of Windows 10 editions are offered to the market before upgrading.

QuestionI saw on a Best Buy ad that it only comes with one hour of SKYPE per month.I read on a Best Buy ad that it comes with 60 minutes of free SKYPE per month. Since SKYPE is free, what does this mean? Also, I read that there's a year of customer support. Is that ACTUAL HP SUPPORT? I ask this because I bought an HP laptop earlier this year that CLAIMED to give you a LIFETIME of HP SUPPORT, but it wasn't HP at all. It was "OUTSOURCED' to some private company whose customer service agents seemed to be kids they had just hired to answer the phones, very UNKNOWLEDGABLE, so I was unfortunately forced to send it back.

QuestionWill this laptop stream netflix with no lag?

- Answer Yes it will, but that depends more or less on Netflix. I have a 75Mbps service, and was seeing 45Mbps down on this laptops wifi, but Netflix streams at most at 6Mbps from their servers, so if you get lag or buffering, it isn't always the laptop.

- Answer The sound is pretty good, just as my Samsung Windows 8. I actually returned one previously because the sound was static but it was only the computer itself. Otherwise, the sound clear and I dont' have any issues with it
