- Answer So since it is a low memory PC, you probably filled up the memory capacity and it's normal for it to run slow or to freeze up.

QuestionAnyone else having issues redeeming the included Microsoft Apps gift card?The link included in the package with this laptop that supposedly "redeems" the Microsoft apps $25 gift card goes straight to an error message. Has anyone else had this issue and if so were you successful any other way?

- Answer it does have a headphone jack and usb ports, and regards Skype, not sure but my daughter uses to video chat with other friends and it looks great, she is always watching shows from Hulu and the shows paly great and without interruption.

- Answer The computer does not come with a CD/DVD drive, so you would have to connect an external drive to attempt this. However, would recommend a system with significantly better specifications if you are looking for a gaming machine. This is more of a 'thin'/web client computer. It will play games that have very low system requirements, so it depends on the game(s) you are looking to play.

- Answer If the cord isn't rated for 220V electricity, and you plug it in, it WILL damage the power cord, and can even catch fire. Not only do you need adapter plugs, but you need a power converter as well. That will turn the power coming from the wall to 110 so you can use your computer properly.

QuestionWhat DirectX does the stream have?I want to download a game onto the stream, but one of the requirements is a DirectX. I don't know what DirectX the stream has, so please tell me.

- Answer DirectX is a Graphics card library that comes in multiple versions. Most games will automatically install the version needed for the game, if it doesn't you should be able to download it from Microsoft and install it, unless it is a very old version of DirectX I would verify that the computer meets the graphics card, CPU, RAM, and Drive space requirements of any game you are thinking to install as this system is on the lower side of system specifications and many games will not have a satisfactory experience on this computer.

- Answer Depends on what you mean by online games. System has a lower end graphics card/processor and 32GB hard drive. It should play many Flash/Web browser games ok, but I wouldn't try anything graphics intensive.

QuestionCan't download pics from ipodI bought this for my daughter, she wanted to use it to practice typing as well as reports and homework and photo printing. Plugged her iPod in and, while it recognized her iPod it would not recognize any available files... If you can help, it would be appreciated as I have been in the Mac world for the last 12 years and am struggling

- Answer The $25 gift card offer is true. You get a website where you have to validate your computer but once you do, you can download anything up to $25 from the XBOX Games store in Windows 8.1, the Windows 8.1 App Store, XBOX Movies and XBOX Games. Browser needed a little adjustment but it worked after that :)
