    • Answer You have to once you go to Microsoft store and you type in s mode it'll bring up an option for you to exit out of s mode however beware once you transfer out of s mode I mean you will not be able to re-enroll in it. And it will not let you download anything outside the Microsoft store while you're in s mode. Even if it's Chrome it does not matter what app it is or what it is it will not let you download it out side of Microsoft when you are in s mode

  • QuestionCan I download TD Ameritrade Think or Swim to this computer (I ask because I know that it won't work with Chromebook operating system and do not want to run into this problem (again). Thank you in advance.

    • Answer Chromebook has a completely different operating system all in all it doesn't run like a regular PC or regular laptop does it's going to only be really useful for school work or small projects nothing big that you're going to want to be doing on a Chromebook. This computer should be able to handle the download as long as you don't have it in the s mode which most computers these days do and it won't allow you to download anything outside the Microsoft store unless you turn that off by going to the Microsoft store type it in s mode and click into take me out of s mode once you do that though you may not reenter the s mode which s mode is a safe mode protect your computer from viruses and fake apps

    • Answer Yes you can type letters or save in word or any documents to your device however you're going to want to either download Microsoft 365 and have an account for that or you're going to want to save it to your OneDrive on your computer but in order to use word you're going to have to download Microsoft 365 and pay for the subscription. They do give you a free month trial. Now you also can use the notepad that comes with your computer and use that to type in and save documents however when it comes to giving it to employers or typing a letter that you want to print so on and so forth Microsoft words your best bet because you can alter pretty much anything on there build headers and so on and so forth

    • Answer It depends on where you're saving your downloads at and also how much other stuff you have on your computer that's using up your storage you can check that by going to your settings and checking what apps are not being used and uninstall them and then also go through your files and you can transfer to OneDrive and get it off your computer which will give you more space also you can do through 365 Microsoft and transfer your information to the any apps that save documents. You can also download Google one and that will back your information up to a cloud up to 2 TB worth so you have many options on your storage also you can get an external hard drive and store it on there

    • Answer Basic games as in what kind of games if it's too high of a quality it'll crash also if you're trying to download the game to play it you will not have enough storage or it won't have great graphics you may lag so on and so forth but for like going in and playing like a online lobby for like cribbage or chest or something like that yes you can use it for that

    • Answer It's going to depend on whether it's in stock at your local Best Buy. If you scroll down, right above the "Add to cart" button, it will tell you if it's in your nearest Best Buy. I think it would be a good basic laptop for teachers, although because it's running Windows in "S Mode", you'll only be able to download and run the apps that are in the Windows store, so you'll want to check to see if all the apps you need for work are available. If they're not, you'll want to look at a conventional Windows laptop.
