• A:Answer Yes, there is a webcam. This laptop has Windows 10 S Mode. That means you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store. Zoom meetings is not available in the Microsoft store. I would suggest looking for a laptop with Windows 10 Home.

• A:Answer Both games are recommending at least an Intel i5 processor and 8 gigabytes of RAM. Sims 4 is also recommending a discrete graphics card rather than an integrated graphics.

• A:Answer Yes this can play the games. This is an entry level laptop. You may want one that has a bit more power, memory and storage to ensure it doesn't become obsolete in the next 5 years. • A:Answer Yes this will. You cannot use a SIM, but you can use SD cards. A SIM card is a subscriber identity module for cellular or mobile wireless(verizon, at&t, t mobile, etc.) SD cards are secure digial media cards - they are tiny flash cards for storage of photos, documents, etc.

• A:Answer If you looking for a basic printer, I would recommend looking at the HP Officejet 5255 printer. If you do a lot of printing, I would recommend looking at the HP Officejet Pro 9015 printer. I would recommend partnering with a blue shirt at Best Buy to find the right printer for you.
