“I purchased Norton 1 device, 1 year Anti-Virus from Best Buy but cannot get it to "run" on this laptop.... What is everyone using for Anti-Virus and any tips? I am going to have to return to the store.”

You have to turn off S mode probably to download or run any app outside of Microsoft
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should run on this model but there is not much need, Windows 10 has built in Windows Defender which works very well, especially with these models which have lower performance specs.
