To find out whether a specific computer build enables playing a specific game, always go to the manufacturer's website and search for the game, where you will find a full list of system requirements, both minimum (game can be played under the correct circumstances) and recommended (game can be played with full flexibility and enjoyment).

- Answer Please note: (1) The unit is rated at 16GB max, in two slots, but has been tested at up to 64GB; (2) When HP warns that "the RAM is not user accessible," it is saying that you may void your warranty if you perform any upgrades yourself.

- Answer Hello and thank you for asking. THe HP Victus 15-fa2013dx gaming laptop computer has only two M.2 slots. None are available, as both are occupied, one with the 512GB SSD and the other with a wireless radio card.

- Answer Check the websites for games you want to play. Always check the websites. Don't spend hundreds of dollars on something that provides an inadequate experience. RAM would probably be the least of your problems, especially since you can upgrade to 64GB (reportedly), but the GPU on this has only 4GB of VRAM, and this might be your bottleneck, even if the i5-12450H CPU is enough.

- Answer Hello and thank you for your question. You can upgrade the SSD on the HP Victus 16-s1023dx gaming laptop computer, but there is only one PCIe M.2 slot. Thefore, the existing SSD would need to be replaced by a trained technician or at lease someone experienced in working on laptop PCs you can migrate the contents of the current SSD to the new SSD.

- Answer Thank you for your question about this HP Victus gaming laptop! I am sorry to hear about the brightness issues that you are having. There are multiple ways to adjust the brightness. If that is not satisfactory, you can return it if it is within the returns period or have Geek Squad look into the issue. HP's factory warranty is one year and Best Buy stores are authorized HP Service Centers, so they can do warranty work.
