• Thank you for your question about this HP Victus gaming laptop! Both the RAM and the storage are user-upgradable, but it \does not have an additional M.2 slot in the laptop itself. The maximum memory supported by this model is 16GB in a 2x8GB configuration. The HP Omen series gaming laptops can handle more memory if that memory limitation is a dealbreaker for you. Best Buy sells those in store and online.

• it is upgradeable to 64gb (2x32). mine has 40gb with the stock 8gb on 1 slot and 32gb on the other slot.
