• I have the earlier model of this laptop, 2 / 32, and downloaded Apache Open Office which mimics Microsoft Office and can open and save Word and Excel files in both formats. I use the laptop and Apache for my work when I'm on the road, both work great! I've also added a 32 gig SD card and that plus the laptop gives me all the memory I need.

• Yes, but you're going to want to buy an office 365 subscription because googledocs will drive you crazy when you're transferring your work from computer to computer.

• Yes and no. This computer is more for online cloud storage that is why it only has 32 gigs. You might want to by an external hard drive or a flash drive with this laptop.
