“WiFi - Connecting the HTC Desire 510 to my home internet I've just bought the HTC 510 phone. When I select my home internet network from my HTC 510, I'm prompted for the network secure password, I enter the password, however I still receive an Authentication error...... I'm using the netowrk for my laptop with no issues.....! Do you have an answer for this issue? If I can't resolve it I will have to return the phone.... Thanks in advance for your assistance. If your home router has the option I would give the connect through WPS (push button) a chance. From your phone go to settings and tap into the wifi and networks menu (the label, not the on/off toggle) then press the menu button once the networks start to display from there select Connect through WPS (might be Connect using) then it should give a prompt with a timer for 30-90 seconds once this comes up press the button on with the two arrows on the front of your router and the two should find each other and connect without the password.
