“Is the repairs free with this phone? I accidentally dropped my phone and sadly there is a small crack on the screen and parts of the outer body was damaged, Then I found this sticker in the box and it said STOP, do NOT misplace this label and please attach to the device to claim service and repair. and im just wondering if you guys charge for it or not”

Hello, I would love to try and answer that question for you. Yes , we may be able to fix your device but there may be a charge unless you have a geek squad protection plan. You may take your device in to your local best buy to the geek squad counter for an estimate on the cost of getting your phone fix.
