- Answer Hello francodepiaggio, the international model (H1512) can support LTE Band 28 but the US model (H1511) cannot. This particular model is the US version (H1511). (AI)

- Answer I don't work for Best Buy, but I did mine as store pickup, and it arrived about four days after my order. I don't think they stock them or plan to (from my conversations with BB employees), but they ship them out to the store pretty quick after your order. The only bummer is that you prepay for the phone (whether you order them online for in-store pickup, or you go to the store and order through an employee).

QuestionWill this phone come w/a sim card?I bought this phone to be delivered to a Best Buy Store in about a week. But, since its "unlocked" and since they didn't ask me what carrier I planned to use, I'm concerned I will need a sim card to make the phone work. Does it come with a sim card compatible with att, or what do I need to do?

- Answer My 6P works flawlessly with T-Mobile so it should work with Metro PCS. Yes, it is the same phone you would buy directly from Google, with stock Android. I bought mine from Best Buy.

- Answer NO you can't get nexus protect , but Bestbuy has there own insurance for the phone. It is $99 for a year, and i heard there is no deductible

QuestionIs the Nexus 6P a limited time deal on bestbuy.com?So under the shipping, the website tells you when you can receive the phone by. Also underneath the shipping it says to order by 10:30 CT. Does that mean its the end of the sale for these phones or does it mean that is when you should order it to get it by the date above?

- Answer Best Buy can sell you a nano sim for $4.99 that works with T-Mobile. My transition was smooth and effortless. I can't speak about the other networks.

- Answer This varies by the existing bands in your area. Search "Nexus 6P specs" and see what bands it supports. Remember that there are two versions, one global and one for North America. Although borh are unlocked, the global variant supports a few extra bands.

- Answer It is NOT Micro USB. It is USB-C. New wave of charging port. Delivers faster charging and doesn't require figuring out which side is up to charge. B-)
