• I believe the band 12 is disabled for Tmobile and so is the volt lte thing.. I don't know much about it but I read a lot if people complaining about how it only works on at&t

• Hello David, while we cannot speak for all of of the frequencies, this phone does work with T-Mobile as well as band 12. At this time it does not do VOLTE. Below are a list of all bands and frequencies which are supported by the 5X. (DM) LTE FDD：B2/B4/B5/B12/B17 WCDMA：B1/B2/B4/B5 GSM：850/900/1800/1900MHz
