The Nexus 6p has a 5.7" WQHD (2560 x 1440) AMOLED display at 518 ppi with a 3450 mAh battery. These phones are on completely different levels in the context of hardware and price points. Just compare the specs side-by-side. The Honor 5x is a economy phone that actually performs well and has a solid build quality. The Nexus 6p is a flagship phone that will dominate the Honor 5x, unless you want to compare stock Android with EMUI. There is simply nothing to compare on these two handsets, but if the price point is what you are stuck with it is an okay phone. I was using a Nexus 6, and that handset was still more robust than the Honor 5x in my opinion.

Only that they are both cellphones. Nexus 6p is a few levels up in every category, the only category the Honor 5x wins is price.
