• Yes, the phone with work with T-Mobile and you will continue getting LTE. It has a 12 month warranty on parts and labor from the date of purchase.

• Phone will work fine, but T Mo has a policy that wifi calling feature only works with T Mo phones. You should confirm if you need the feature.
