I think the answer is not. It will not work fully because of the GMS in Colombia as you can see below: Colombia 850, 1900 850, 1900, 2100 700, 1700, 2500, 2600

Unfortunately the device is designed for the US. However, due to the fact that it is an unlocked GSM, you can contact the carrier that you will be using in Colombia with the Honor 5x band information to determine if it will work on their network.
