• Yes, you can send pre written custom text with this phone. It comes with a pre written list plus you can add your own custom text.

• Hello dnihjy, this is possible with the 6X. You would just go to the Personal Dictionary section under settings. There you would be able to create customer text that you can assign to abbreviations of your choice. (DM)

• Yes, under Messaging -> More-> Settings-> Advanced -> Common Phrases This will be quick response messages in texting. To send a common phrase: Open a texting conversation, hit the the paper clip where you type, touch More, touch Phrase. There are also separate Quick Responses for incoming calls which are different from the texting Common Phrases.
