Yes it is installed. First you update the firmware and down load the app and you are good to go.

Yes it does I personally haven't used the feature and from what I am hearing it is a flop. Nevertheless it is still an amazing phone use it for my daily driver. You will not be disappointed with the features this phone offers at the price and Huawei is already soak testing Android O is an added bonus.
