Call Huawei to double check the frequency of the Sim card. The Mate 9 Pro isn't optimized for Use in the US yet. So there will be a ton of issues. That is the reason why I purchased the Mate 9 instead. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My provider is MetroPCS, which uses the TMobile network. I have absolutely no connection issues with my Mate 9. In addition, handoffs between wifi and cellular data are very quick and seamless. You may have an isolated issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a similar issue... I am currently subscribed to a T-Mobile carrier I bought the Mate 9 during Best Buy Black Friday. Took it home and transfered verything from my Galaxy S6 very easy (My old S6 was carried from Verizon and it was still working but not fully compatible with T-Mobile). Some how I was never able get 4G. In the best outdoor in the middle of the city, I get 3G. When I was traveling in the car, I barely get any sinal at all. Talked to customer service several times and they told me T-Mobile in some area is not compatible because the frequencies is not the same everywhere. This is a supprise to me and I do not think Huawei customer sevices know what they are talking about. After 1.5 weeks of frustrations, I returned the phone with $50 restocked fee!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use it on T-Mobile and have zero issues
