- Answer I spoke to Best Buy Customer Service, the representative said there is no warranty available... So if any issues past the 14 days, on your own..

QuestionI bought a refurbished mate 9 phone.It looks great,but compared to all of my other phones on network,cell reception is worst on this despite excellent reception reviews,I have dropped several calls. Is this a defect? Can I exchange for a working mate 9?

- Answer I used to have same problem. But later on I found out it is case related. After I replaced the metal case, it works fine for me.
