“I bought a refurbished mate 9 phone.It looks great,but compared to all of my other phones on network,cell reception is worst on this despite excellent reception reviews,I have dropped several calls. Is this a defect? Can I exchange for a working mate 9?”

• I used to have same problem. But later on I found out it is case related. After I replaced the metal case, it works fine for me.

• I bought one too. And here is South Florida and I get great reception..works great without issues. And if you want to return it you have 14 days from the day you picked up the phone. Sorry to hear you're having problems.I really like this Huawei phone :)
