Yes, this watch does receive full text and you can respond using google voice. It is incredibly accurate and very easy to use. This watch is extremely user friendly.

I work at a school and can be hundreds of yards from my phone and still reply. When you choose to reply you can use predefined responses like Yes, No, Ok, etc. It also allows you to do speech to text. The trick is to watch closely if it heard you right and cancel sending if the message isn't what you meant it to be.
