Measures heart rate accurate on command and or automatic. Shows small line graph with HR summary in past 6-8 hours. Great for workouts and running. Accurate with steps and distance because it uses gps. Fully compatible with android (text,calls,email,alerts..etc) Still usable withapple just not fully functional

It has a heart monitor and comes with a separate fitness app if you have an Android phone. It also connects easily to Google Fit. It also runs programs that are compatible with Android Wear 2.
