• It works with rhythmic pressure and rotation, there is no vibration. There are no accessories.

• It does both rotating and vibration. There are 4 different settings to this. No other accessories come along.

• It does rotating in a figure eight from the bottom of your feet up to your calf. It also have different settings. There no accessories that come with it
