Only the usb-c at the top can support video plus data/power, the second USB-C port is for data/power only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Both USB-C output ports can support data (40Gbps and 5Gbps transfer speed) and power delivery (100W and 60W). The 40Gbps/100W USB-C port also supports 5K/60Hz or 2 x 4K/60Hz video output as well as Thunderbolt 3 devices. The 5Gbps/60W USB-C port itself does not support video output as that capability realized in an alternative mode in the form of an HDMI 4K/60Hz port.
