“Is there a service to replace batteries if/when in a few years the Li-Ion batteries lose their ability to hold charge? How many charge cycles can we expect beforehand? Can these units run while plugged in at home to minimize battery charge cycles?”

Our Normatec Elite devices can be used while plugged in and being charged. We also can have these devices sent in for inspection and repairs at our Hyperice service center.
