- Answer All Hyperice products are TSA approved for carry-on. Due to the rechargeable lithium-ion battery, they are not allowed to be checked in beneath cabin. The Normatec Elites also come with a world voltage capable power supply (100-240V), so all you would need to charge internationally is an adapter to fit the outlet.

QuestionHow can you connect both the hip and arm to the Hyperice - Normatec Elite? Elite is battery powered vs the hip and arm attachment are hose.

- Answer The Normatec Hip and Arm Attachments are only compatible with the Normatec 3 system, as that system has the separate control unit and connection hose that is needed. Since the Normatec Elites have the control unit and hoses all contained within the leg attachments, they will be for the legs only.

QuestionNot sure if there is an issue with the boot, sometimes it will not go past zone 2 (the calf) it worked a couple times in all zones . On the boot controller the zone boost on good up to (2)?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out! With each new Normatec device that is launched, our team does work to make them as quiet as possible. Our Normatec Elite system is our newest device and has the most advanced technology in it to date. As a whole, the control unit on the Elites will be quieter than the device you received in 2019. Also, to note, you may hear a difference due to where the control unit is located. The Normatec Elite has the control units built into the sleeves and may be closer to you than the older Normatec control units since those had a separate system and connection hose.
