“Why is the venom not running it lights up but when I press start it’s not working”

Hi there! Please note that your Venom screen functions similar to an phone screen, and will automatically lock if not used for a few seconds. To unlock it and start your cycle or change the settings, please press the red unlock/lock button on the side of the screen once. You will know it's unlocked because the screen will light up more than it does when it is locked.
