It depends on your Best Buy account. Elite Plus has 45 days I believe.

You've got a 15 day period to return electronics to BestBuy per the current policy unless you're an Elite member where you have 30 days and an Elite Plus $3500+/yr you get 45 days.... You have a 1 year limited warranty with Apple when purchasing the keyboard that covers you from any manufacturing defects. The only thing the Limited Warranty will not cover is liquid or accidental damage.
