- Answer I just ran into the same issue recently after changing some settings. In the Ngenuity software, go into settings and allow Ngenuity to run on startup. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

- Answer Yes you can turn off the rgb lighting function through the nguneity app. Don’t know why you would turn off the lights to an rgb keyboard. Mine as well get a standard keyboard.
