A:AnswerThe only 2 ways I know to check battery level for cloud alpha wireless is through 1 ) audible notification by pressing power button once or 2) through its Ngenuity software.
I audible notification is so loud that it freaked me out most of the time and no way to lower that volume. I went into Ngenuity to change that notification to a beep. So now,no more scary human audible notification AND no quick way to check for batter level since allnI hear now is a beep. What a poor trade-off . Wish I can keep human audible notification and be able to minimize its volume .
A:AnswerNo you can't, just got the headset myself and apparently this model isn't compatible with xbox consoles (Google says due to licensing or something like that preventing support for them). You'll want to get a wired version of these or a different model that supports Xbox systems.
