• The one i received was brand new. Packaging was all sealed and shipped really quick. Usually the refurbished ones are discounted and have to clearly label they are refurbished. Great headset though. Dont hesitate to purchase.

• I bought mine new. However I am sure if you want you can find one refurbished. Only thing I see would need to be refurbished on this keyboard are the keys that like to fall off
