This has the best mic on the market as far as I'm concerned. For Xbox I have had issues with mic monitoring on (Other headsets) this headset I could hear myself and party with out having to shove the mic in my throat it is great! This has great games sound too I would recommend this!

And I can hear them perfectly also, I've also never had any problems with cutting out. I've had turtle beaches and a few other decent brands, these are my favorite and the best I've had so far.
