Yes. It has several slots and ports that are ready to accept whatever upgrades your little heart desires.

Do you mean from Best Buy? It is not. You buy it as is, but the case is super easy to open and I plan on adding memory to mine soon. For what it's worth I love it so far. 8 gig of RAM is a little light but memory is cheap.
