No. In order to use dual cards you must use the same card. For the 1060, you can remove both RX 480 cards from this PC and install the 1060. However, this wouldn't be worth it. Perhaps you could run this dual card setup and then get a 1080 or higher level card later to ensure you get a substantial performance gain.

The 2 AMD's work in conjunction with each other so idk how replacing one would work. If you already have a 1060 I'd get a pc that just has 1 nivida in it. Nivida + Nividia will work for sure
