QuestionWhen I got my computer, I tried to install games onto the 1 tb hard drive, but only drive C pops up. No drive D to be found. Drive C is the 120gb ssd. How can iI fix this?

- Answer That would depend on whether you have wifi or not. This computer is definitely set up for either. I use wifi myself and it works perfectly. My router is downstairs in my livingroom with my other main computer and I have this computer in an upstairs office. I have never used an ethernet cable but I'm sure you could plug one in to it if that is how yours is set up.

- Answer Hi Jack, Its recommended to have a 600 watt power supply to run the 1080 gpu. The 500 watt is enough for a 1060 but would not be recommended for a 1080 gpu.

- Answer Hi Mrman, If you computer is close enough to your router, the best thing to do is to connect your computer directly to the router using an ethernet cable to avoid any slow issues. - Answer The case fans are only noticble when peforming high usage tasks on the computer, which does not happen often as this computer can really handle anything. This should last a very long time as it runs most games at their highest setting.

QuestionSo someone asked what specific GPU it has. Someone responded MSI, which is what the one on display had. But to my surprise when I arrived home after purchasing, it had an ASUS instead. Is this normal?

- Answer Yes it is. iBuyPower is a system builder and will use whatever parts are available that fit the description. I had one, returned it for a different computer, which I returned and got another iBuypower (long story). However, the first one had an MSI graphics card and an AData SSD and the second had the Asus and a Kingston SSD. IMO, the ASUS card is preferable as it also has an Asus motherboard (one of the better ones!).

- Answer I play overwatch and pubg on it with no problems at all. I recommend overwatch at low for the added fps but I still averaged decent fps even at high settings. On pubg I'm averaging around 85 fps with some settings on ultra and haven't been crashing at all like I did on my previous pc

QuestionPurchased the Trace930 from best buy a couple of weeks ago. So far, I'm loving it. I didn't receive any type of documents on the case itself. Where is the mechanical hard drive located and how to access it.

- Answer When looking at the case from the front with the red line on it .The mechanical hard drive is on the right hand side in the upper corner near the front, remove the tempered glass on that side and you will see it

- Answer I just upgraded to the MSI GTX 1080 Gaming+. They (MSI) recommend a "minimum" of a 500W Power supply on their web site. I installed it with my OEM 500W power supply, and so far it has been working perfectly!! (used for about 7 hrs)
