Absolutely. I am currently playing Overwatch on a 34" Ultra wide 3440 * 1440 monitor. I have my graphics setting set on epic (max) and my display size is 21:9. Game runs flawlessly so I would say that a game like the Sims 3 or 4 would easily be handled by this PC. I have attached some screenshots. At first the image was so large that I had to resize to upload. Just to give you an idea.
