• No, I personally just rest my headset on top of my tower.

• On the top of the tower there is a headphone and microphone slot that can be used just have to remove the rubber plugs. If you have done this and tried to use one of those slots then I don't know what could be happening. I use a Corsair Void Pro rgb wireless headset( It uses and hdmi slot).
