This computer is a Windows base, so at the home screen there’s a windows logo in the bottom left. Click on the logo and go to the power emblem, click on that and it’ll show three options; “Sleep”, “Shut Down”, or “Restart”. I believe that putting it to sleep is the best option because you’re able to get back into what you were doing prior to it going to sleep and all you have to do is just click/move around the mouse to wake it up. Although if you want to fully turn off the PC, I’d suggest to shut it down and it’ll be completely off. And if you want to turn it back on you’ll have to press the button on the top of the desktop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since this is a a Windows 10 model you can shut down by clicking the Windows icon in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. You can then click on the dial icon or shut-down icon and follow the prompts.
