A:Answer At first, I had the same problem. You would plug in your HDMI into the top area and the TV/Monitor would understand that there is something but there is no signal. I called iBuyPower and the gentleman told me that the ports closer to the top are not used for that reason. Around the middle of the tower, there are small black pieces that you can pull out, that are hidden a bit, and you will use those ports.If you can't find them, use them but they still dont work, or its a different connection to your monitor, i would recommend giving them a quick call. They have a toll free number on their website and also on some of the paperwork that was inside the box.
