Wiring setup out of the box was great condition, everything was snug, didn't have to reposition any wires, and nothing was loose. Not sure what you mean by quality control, but if you mean spec/resolution control, yes, I easily maxed out everything gaming wise I've played so far. Been playing Rust, and Ark on max settings.

As for the quality of the PC, it was shipped without the correct HDD being assigned for boot so when I initially received it, I had to go into the BIOS to change the default boot drive to the one that had windows (SSD). After that....it's been awesome.
