It does have another GPU slot, and the cooling the PC has on it cools everything fine even on ultra settings in GTA. You could however get a dual radiator water cooler like corsair's H100i v2 water cooler which can be found at best buy as well (I think) if you need extra cooling due to the 2 1080's

Please try again later.If your looking at the trace 931 then it comes with a liquid cooler for the cpu and requires no additional cooling unless your going to be adding stuff or doing some serious over clocking. The motherboard does support duel nvidia GPUs and can even do alt coin mining like bitcoin.
