Hi, if you buyu the system form best buy you would have to do the upgrades at home, however, at ibuypower.com we offer a build your own option which lets you select between many options. Thank you for your question

Not likely... if you are buying through Best Buy. You could probably purchase a separate one at Best Buy and have the Geek Squad install at the store.
