• Yes, overclock capable very easily & has cooling to handle it. You might add case fans, which the case can handle 5-6 more and the motherboard can also.

• It is overclock-ABLE right out of the box via the bios. It's incredibly easy to do, but no, it does not come overclocked out of the box.

• yes it can be overclocked but i suggest you dont or your warranty will be voided
