• No, this wouldn't require any maintenance. This uses what's called a closed loop liquid cooling system, so the there is no coolant reservoir.

• Yes it does require maintenance but not for a while. Just like a car you have to check the coolant level every now and then after a while. Recommend ordering from ibuypower.com though. Cheaper and if you don't want a Liquid Cooling System you can pick a different one.
