“I was wondering if all fans have the rgb lighting? Two of them do not light up. The one in the front on the bottom, and the one in the back above the graphics card. Also the fan in the front on the bottom is significantly slower than the other fans.”

All fans except for the small blue one on the right side should light up and all should spin at the same speed. The Geek Squad fixed our lights by opening the fan control unit located behind the right side panel of the PC and bending back the plug ins that were crooked. I would suggest just taking it to the Geek Squad at a Best Buy.
