QuestionHey! I just purchased this Desktop and it seems that it didn't come with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, it looks like the Asus models... I've called iBUYPOWER and nobody is answering. Why does it say in the specs Nvidia, not Asus Nvidia?

QuestionI was wondering if all fans have the rgb lighting? Two of them do not light up. The one in the front on the bottom, and the one in the back above the graphics card. Also the fan in the front on the bottom is significantly slower than the other fans.

- Answer All fans except for the small blue one on the right side should light up and all should spin at the same speed. The Geek Squad fixed our lights by opening the fan control unit located behind the right side panel of the PC and bending back the plug ins that were crooked. I would suggest just taking it to the Geek Squad at a Best Buy.

QuestionI just received this computer from Best Buy however it seems there may be an error. The discription states the computer has a Display Port, VGA, & OS/2 ports.... the computer has none of these. Am I missing something??? Thank you

QuestionWhy is HDMI not working? My computer is not even recognizing my monitor. My drivers all up to date, DVI works bit not HDMI. Has anyone else come across this? Thanks

- Answer I use mine almost exclusively for work - graphics and video creation - but do a little investing (not day trading) but have a subscription to a platform with tips and performance updates - so like being able to compare what is happening now with the market - viewing projects and having my portfolio open. Obviously any large screen can handle multiple programs - but being in sync and not lagging behind with uploading info as it happens - this can handle it. Seamless.

- Answer Hello Jeff, These days bluetooth can easily be added with an external adapter, just make sure the the hardware is compatible to the system. Adding an internal bluetooth into the system may take more experience and research. Thank you.

- Answer Hello Matt, This computer should be able to run Player Unknown Battlegrounds on high settings as it meets the recommended system requirements. The output for the monitors may vary due to the type of video card that is used when your computer is built but it does typically include an HDMI, DisplayPort and a DVI-D port. You can use most monitors as long as you have the correct connector or adapter. Thank you!
