QuestionHey, I know this does not come with an optical drive, but I do need one to read game discs as I have many of them in my house and I don't want to buy the games again online, so could you please recommend me a good optical drive for reading games, thanks!

- Answer Anything that can read Blu-ray disc or has at least 24x read speed (36x is preferred for non Blu-ray drive) will get you the performance your looking for. The two below have 8x write speed but look in the specifications drop down and you'll see the read speeds

Questionso im thinking about getting this computer and is it possible to swap the core i5 to an core i7 im also planning on changing the ram to an 8gb 2 stick of 4 ram

- Answer It is possible, however, if you are not experienced in swapping out intel processors I wouldn't recommend it. The pins that are used to make the processor work are on the motherboard itself so it's EXTREMELY easy to bend the pins and ruin the board. Also, I would just get another 8gb stick of ram. That will still get you the dual channel performance increase, but also give you far more memory to play around with.

QuestionOkay so the wireless antenna’s are having a issue well at least 1 of them are its a good pc and all but the antenna slot for pc is weird the slot is not bent or out of place but i opened my pc to see no wire connected to it what do i do?

- Answer Hello, There are many ways to improve FPS on games. Below are a list of the major ones you could try: 1) turn down your games graphics settings 2) make sure you don't have too many other windows/tasks running in the background 3) make sure your drivers are updated These are just a few of many things you can do to improve FPS!

QuestionPurchased today and ASUS Aura completely stopped working. Errors given. Uninstalling was a nightmare as it wouldn't let me no matter what I tried. Now re-installing gives me a Catastrophic Error. Tried ASROCK alternative mentioned and is not compatible.

- Answer Hello, Unfortunately we are unable to help you with specific lighting software issues as those are ASUS/ASROCK's programs. The ASROCK alternative is probably not working because you do not have an ASROCK motherboard.

- Answer It depends what you mean, If you're talking about RAM, then no, nothing is actually stored permanently in the RAM, if you're talking about some type of Hard Drive or SSD, which 8 and 16 gb are too small to be either of those, then yes. but i can assume you're talking about RAM, so you should be fine so long as the RAM you're upgrading to is compatible with the motherboard

- Answer I would do a backup of your PC just to be safe but no, you shouldn’t lose anything. Remember to unplug the power then cycle the power button on the case two or three times before replacing your RAM.
