• It is in the same room right now, but when I run speed tests I’m getting about 103mbs-105mbs. I only pay for 100 so they may be faster.

• In theory 1.3Gps, your mileage may vary. Real world speed is normally 1/2 - 2/3 of that. A lot depends on your router and how much interference is between it and the PC. AC wireless routers mux streams to get those speeds. If you have a N router, you'll only be able to do (In theory) 450Mbps or max N speed.
