Depending on the motherboard used in your build, the could be up to four system fan headers available. If you are having trouble locating the headers on the motherboard, Google search the particular motherboard that is in your system to find a picture of it. Look for system fan headers (SYS FAN1 - SYS FAN4). Additional fans can be connected to any open SYS FAN header.
